Gentle Annies

An age ago, it seems, dear friends had told us about a magical spot on the king river.
Pure air, golden vines, food from heaven....
and after a long long time
a family decides to take a trip (dogs and all)

the friends decided despite much chaos to come too......


and oohhhhh
how wonderful it was.

first rain

This was last month i think...
but it was the first rain of the season.
My garden breathed a sigh of relief......
